Sunday Prayer:
Holy Spirit, as you have given a rich diversity of spiritual gifts to your church, I pray you will build your community in love and effective ministry through your power and the richness of your gifts. Gracious Spirit, work in and through my life today, that the gifts you have given me may nourish the health of the body and the growth of Christ’s kingdom, I pray. Amen.

There are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit; and there are varieties of ministries, but the same Lord; and there are varieties of fruit, but it is the same God who activates all of them in everyone. To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good. — 1 Corinthians 12:4-7
