진리와 사랑과 목적을 뜻대로 행하시는 하나님이신
오 주님이시여,
지금 제가 당신을 경배합니다.
주 예수님
오늘 저에게 교만이 아닌 확신을
자기비하가 아닌 겸손을
지나침이 없는 용기를
운명론이 아닌 믿음을
감상주의가 아닌 소망을
이기주의가 아닌 사랑을 주셔서
제가 주님을 진실하게 따를수 있도록 해주시길 기도합니다.

진실을 일관성 있게 유지하기위해 지불해야할 댓가는 너무 비싸다.
만일 당신이 12번을 속았다면 솔직하게 겸손하게 고백하라
실수를 계속해서 하는 것 보다 진실과 정직한 것이 천배나 낫다
당신이 너무 교만해서 실수를 인정하지 않는한 주님은 당신을 인도할 수 없다.

Saturday Prayer:
O Lord—God of truth, love, and determined purpose—I worship you now. Lord Jesus, please give me today confidence without arrogance, humility without self-abasement, courage without presumption, faith without fatalism, hope without sentimentality, and love without self-seeking, that I may follow you truly. Amen.

Truth is too high a price to pay for consistency. If you are deceived a dozen times a day, have the frankness and humility to confess it. It is a thousand times better to be true and honest, than to be consistent in error. So long as you are too proud to admit mistakes the Lord cannot lead you.
