오 주 예수님
병듬과 혹은 건강함
기쁨과 혹은 슬픔
강함과 약함 가운데
제 삶의 모든 경험을 사용하셔서
제가 더욱 주님을 닮아 가게 하소서.
주님은 슬픔과 질고를 아시는 분으로
주님앞에서 놓여진 기쁨을 위해 참으시고
승리하셨고
주님을 온전히 따르는 모든이들에게
창조물의 회복에 대한 약속과
생명을 가져오셨습니다.
아멘.
Thursday Prayer:
O Lord Jesus: In sickness or in health, in joy or sorrow, in strength or weakness, please use every experience in my life to make me more like you—“a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief,” who for the joy set before you endured and conquered and brought life and the promise of creation healed to all who fully follow you. Amen.
