하워드스나이더 목사의 기도(토요일)

오래전에 애굽과 강팍한 바로에게 기근을 보내셨던 

오 하나님,

제가 자연과 역사와 민족들을 초월한 당신의 주권적인 역사를 믿습니다.

예수 그리스도안에서 구원을 주심과 

마음을 부드럽게 하며

사람들과 열방들을 당신에게 이끄시도록 

계속해서 당신의 성령님을 보내심을 인하여 감사드립니다.

오늘 제가  주님앞에서 열린 마음으로 걸어갈수 있도록 도와주시길 기도드립니다.

아멘.

내 남을 주의 증거들에게 향하게 하시고 탐욕으로 향하지 말게 하소서

내 눈을 돌이켜 허탄한 것을 보지 말게 하시고 주의 길에서 나를 살아나게 하소서

주를 경외하게 하는 주의 말씀을 주의 종에게 세우소서- 시119:36-38

Saturday Prayer:

O God, who long ago sent the plagues on Egypt and hardened Pharaoh’s heart, I acknowledge your sovereign power over nature and history and nations. Thank you for acting in Jesus Christ to bring salvation, and for continually sending your Holy Spirit to soften hearts and draw people and nations to yourself. Help me walk open-heartedly before you today. Amen.

Turn my heart to your decrees, and not to selfish gain. 

Turn my eyes from looking at vanities; give me life in your ways. 

Confirm to your servant your promise, which is for those who fear you. — Psalm 119:36-38
