주 하나님!
당신은 시간과 영원, 영과 물질에 거하도록 우리를 만드셨습니다.
제가 이 사실을 충분히 이해해서 저의 육체적인 것과  영적인 것이 올바른 자리에 있도록 저를 도우소서.
주 예수여!
경건한 균형을 유지하면서 특별히 육신의 행복보다는 영적인 건강에 더욱 주의 하도록 저를 도우소서.
충만한 삶과, 온전한 삶을 영원토록 약속하신 이의 이름으로 기도 드립니다. 아멘
Lord God, you have made us to inhabit time and eternity, spirit and matter. Help me to understand this sufficiently so that I give proper place to the physical and to the spiritual. Help me especially, Lord Jesus, to be more concerned and careful about my spiritual health than about my physical well-being, while maintaining a godly balance. I pray in the name of the one who promises life in its fullness, life in wholeness, forever. Amen.
